Based in Dallas, Texas, James Ambrose Meyer leads Nebulr, a company he established in 2016 to handle a proprietary cloud-based data storage property he invented. His previous experience includes a role as chief architect at Dallas-area SevenTablets, Inc., and technical architecture senior analyst with New York-based Accenture. James Ambrose Meyer has gained particular skill as a full-stack developer, as well as in systems engineering, mobile applications, and coding.

James Ambrose Meyer graduated from the Pennsylvania State University in 2012, with a degree in computer science. While still an undergraduate, he worked successively with international telecommunications company Alcatel-Lucent as a software engineer and with Citigroup as an information technology management associate.

In 2012, Mr. Meyer accepted a position in software research and development with the Northrop Grumman Corporation, where his responsibilities included creating simulations of global missile defense networks. His work with this well-known defense contractor earned him a Secret-level security clearance.

Working at Accenture from 2014 to 2016, Mr. Meyer handled, among other responsibilities, machine learning algorithms and big data sets. He initially worked with SevenTablets as a senior mobile applications developer, becoming chief architect in 2017.

With the founding of Nebulr, he filed for a provisional patent for the technology product he had created. His design for cloud-storage technology received a nomination to enter the Small Business Innovation Research program’s Small Business Technology Transfer Defense Innovation Challenge.
